• Squad: Similar to a Scrum Team, work together to achieve a long-term mission. Squads include a Coach and a Product Owner.

• Tribes: A collection of Squads, with less than 100 people and a Tribe Lead.

• Chapters: small groups of people across a tribe that have similar skills.

• Guilds: larges group, comprises people across the organization who want to share knowledge, tools, code, and practices.
