Zotero Integration

Extensions used:

• Zotero Integration
  • Pulls literatures from Zotero into the vault as a literature note.
  • Can optionally extract annotations created as well.
  • Can include any metadata through templating.
  • Can also be used as a citation picker to cite while writing.
• Pandoc Reference List
  • Render Pandoc format reference in Obsidian note.
  • Combined with Zotero interaction for writing manuscript.
  • Hovering popup can be used to open 1) literature note in vault, 2) literation in Zotero, 3) original PDF.

A proposed pipeline:

1. Add literature to Zotero.
2. Read the literature inside Zotero (annotating)
3. Once read, pull the literature into the vault (along with annotations)
4. Draft summary note in Obsidian
