Nervous System

• Central nervous system = brain + spine
• Peripheral nervous system is not concerned in this course.
  • Somatic System = intentional, voluntarily control
  • Autonomic System = reacts to the stimuli, involuntary
    • Parasympathetic = relaxation mode
    • Sympathetic
    • Somatic System can fight the Sympathetic system, but only for that long
